At this time, we can only consider requests for baptisms, weddings, and funerals from families who are regular members of EPAC or who live in the Emu Plains/Emu Heights/Leonay area. We may also consider requests from people out-of-area where there is an existing strong relational link to our church.

If this is you, simply contact us to make an enquiry.

Baptisms

Through the gospel, God addresses each one of us and calls us back to himself, which results in a profound change. The act of baptism symbolises that change.

At EPAC, we love to baptise new believers into the Christian faith. This can be done when somebody comes to trust Jesus as an adult or when a baby is born into a Christian family. Part of preparing for baptism is doing our Christianity Explored short course.

At this time, we can only consider baptism requests from families who are regular members of EPAC or who have strong relational link to our church.

Weddings

Marriage is a gift from God and a symbol of the union between Christ and his church.

All couples who get married at EPAC attend a pre-marriage course with the minister who will officiate their ceremony. It’s a great opportunity to explore what the Bible says about marriage and to prepare for the challenges of marriage in an open and safe space. Our wedding ceremonies follow the Australian Anglican Prayer Book.

We cannot accept any new bookings for weddings at this time unless you already have a current connection with our church.

Funerals

The death of a loved one is always hard and it is right for us to grieve.

The Bible assures us that death is not the end, and thanks to Jesus, we can have real and everlasting hope in the face of death.

At this time, we cannot consider any new bookings for funerals unless your loved one had a strong connection to our church. Due to the short timeframe that applies to most funerals, there are times that we cannot take a funeral because our facilities are booked or staff are attending to other responsibilities. We try to be accommodating, and if a family can be flexible with dates and times, we can often find a solution that works for all parties. Please contact your funeral director who will make enquiries into the availability of our staff and facilities.
