1. Jesus is Innocent 15:1-15

He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth; like a lamb that is led to the slaughter, and like a sheep that before its shearers is silent, so he opened not his mouth…He was assigned a grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death, though he had done no violence, nor was any deceit in his mouth. Yet it was the LORD’S will to crush him and cause him to suffer

Isaiah 53:7,9-10

2. Jesus is Crucified 15:16-39

“According to my judgement the most important point to be attended to is this: above all things see to it that your souls are happy in the Lord…it is of supreme and paramount importance that you should seek above all things to have your souls truly happy in God Himself!…

Day by day seek to make this the most important business of your life…For the first four years after my conversion I knew not its vast importance, but now after much experience I specially commend this point to the notice of my younger brethren and sisters in Christ.”
